Article 1 - Scope of the general terms and conditions of sale
These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the www.campingloreedescaps.fr website. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of holidays. They can also be obtained by simple written request to the head office of the establishment.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Prices and payment
The price of the stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
For camping pitch reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay and the booking fees.
For rental bookings: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay and the booking fees.
For any delay not reported, the rental/pitch becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. After this deadline, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the deposit will remain the property of the campsite management.
2.2 Modification of reservations
No reduction will be made in the event of delayed arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any booking not settled in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled. For any cancellation received:
- more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the deposit will be returned/refunded to the client;
- between 30 and 15 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded;
- less than 15 days before the start of the stay, no refund of the deposit will be made.
2.4 Withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code do not apply to tourist services (Article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order of a stay at the campsite, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
Article 3 - Course of the stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
In mobile home rental: arrivals are from 4pm, departures are before 11am, any day of the week.
In pitch rental: arrivals are from 2pm, departures are before 12pm, whatever the day of the week.
3.2 Security
A deposit of 300 euros per accommodation will be required on the day of your arrival. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure, after an inventory of fixtures, during the opening hours of the reception. The invoicing of any damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean state.
3.3 Departure
Any return of the key or release of the pitch after 12pm will result in an additional night's stay being charged. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Accommodation
All mobile home rentals are non-smoking.
3.5 Animals
Pets are allowed inside the rented accommodation, up to a maximum of 2 small animals.
Category I and II dogs are not allowed throughout the campsite.
3.6 Internal regulations
As required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations, filed with the prefecture, posted at our reception desk and a copy of which will be provided to you upon request.
Article 4 - Liability
The Camping declines all responsibility for any damage suffered by the camper-caravanner's equipment that may be of its own making; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is compulsory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de grande instance or the Tribunal de commerce de Boulogne sur Mer.
