GENERAL CONDITIONS CAMPING LES CASTEILLETS
Anyone staying at the campsite must read the internal regulations upon arrival and undertake to respect them.
Campers must be personally insured for all activities offered within the framework of the campsite.
The Management declines all responsibility for both bodily injury and material damage.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT OF THE STAY:
1 / For any reservation, we ask for a deposit corresponding to 25% of the price of the stay + 15 € administration fees.
You have the possibility to subscribe to the freedom option. Its amount is 3.5% of the price of the stay (excluding booking fees). It guarantees the reimbursement of the deposit in many cases of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival (excluding administrative fees and the amount of the freedom option). Failure to subscribe to the freedom option entails the non-reimbursement of the deposit regardless of the reason given. The general conditions of the freedom option are available on the campsite's website.
2 / From the reservation request by email or phone for the location or mobile home, we keep the reservation options for one week on our schedule. In the event of a delay in the payment of the deposit, please notify reception.
3 / Payment of the balance of the stay must be made on arrival,
before taking possession of the rental. Payment by credit card, cash or holiday vouchers. Checks are not accepted for the payment of the balance of the stay.
For 2023 reservations, payment will be required 30 days before arrival. Payment possible by credit card, bank transfer.
4 / No sum will be returned, for any reason whatsoever, in the event of early departure, without having subscribed to the freedom option.
DEPOSITS REQUESTED:
1 / For rentals: A deposit of € 50 to € 80 (depending on the type of rental) for cleaning and a deposit of € 250 for any material damage will be requested on your arrival, before taking possession of the rental . The deposits will be returned to you by mail, within 8 days of your departure, if there is no damage and cleaning done.
2 / A deposit of 10 € in cash will be requested for the barrier badge and returned on your departure.
3 / For rentals, the inventory will be carried out by you on your arrival. It is up to each tenant to check the inventory and report any anomaly within 24 hours using the form given on arrival. Any damage caused by the tenant must be reimbursed or replaced before his departure.
RENTALS:
1 / Rentals are provided with pillows and mattress protectors. Do not sleep directly on the mattress pads. Sheets, blankets and towels are not provided.
2 / The rental must be returned in the initial state of cleanliness. For any insufficient cleaning, the deposit of € 50 to € 80 (depending on the type of rental) may be cashed. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning kit are available at reception. Possibility of taking a cleaning fee of 40 € to 80 € depending on the rental.
3 / For rentals, Civil Liability insurance is compulsory.
4 / In case of broken dishes, contact the reception for a replacement.
5 / It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the mobile homes or bungalows. If necessary, the household deposit may be cashed.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
1 / For rentals: Arrival from 4 p.m. Departures: until 10 a.m.
2 / For the pitches: Arrival from 12 noon, Departure until 12 noon.
3 / For any delayed arrival, please notify reception. The location or the mobile home will, if necessary, be made available 24 hours after the date of arrival. The deposit would then be lost and could not be refunded.
VISITORS:
Each visitor must report to the reception desk. Visitors are allowed on the grounds but no access is possible to the swimming pool.
ANIMALS :
1 / All animals must be identified and vaccinated. The vaccination record must be presented on arrival.
2 / 1st and 2nd category dogs are not accepted on the campsite.
3 / Only one animal authorized per rental.
4 / It is forbidden to leave an animal alone in the rental.
5 / In rentals, it is forbidden to put animals on beds and blankets.
SWIMMING POOL :
1 / The swimming pool is open from mid April to mid October (dates depending on the weather).
2 / Shorts are prohibited; only swim briefs or boxers are allowed.
