1. Conditions of reservation and access to the Campsite
The reservation becomes effective, after acceptance of the T & Cs when booking online and after receipt of the deposit or the total price of the stay.
Reservations for rental pitches require a minimum of 6 nights in high season and 2 nights in low season.
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal period cannot be exercised for services related to accommodation.
The prices do not include the tourist tax, which will be collected on site.
Reserved rental locations are available on the day of arrival from 5:00 p.m. and must be vacated on the day of departure by 10 a.m.
Late arrivals must be brought to the attention of the Campsite for organizational matters. The customer will then be informed of the terms of the late arrival.
Any delay on arrival of which the Campsite has not been notified, cancels the terms of the contract and will allow the Campsite Management to return the site to the site within 24 hours.
The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain on the premises at the end of the stay, except for a new reservation of a pitch at the campsite.
The Campsite does not accept minors unaccompanied by an adult.
The Campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the site which would have been reserved in disregard of this prescription for the benefit of minors under the age of 18 unaccompanied by their legal administrators arriving at the reception of the Campsite, and to cancel the stay immediately.
In addition, the Campsite does not depend on a Holiday and Leisure Center within the meaning of decree n ° 2002-883 dated May 3, 2002, and are not suitable for providing collective or individual reception outside the family home of minors under 18, unaccompanied by their legal administrators.
2. Tariffs and Conditions of payment of the services of the Campsite
The descriptions, the definition of the rental seasons as well as the rental periods and durations appear on the commercial brochure and on the website.
The prices of our commercial brochure are in euros, VAT included at the rate in force at the time of printing.
Any change or modification of the rate as well as any evolution of the taxes applicable to your stay, such as the tourist tax, on the invoice date, may be reflected in the price of your stay.
at. Rules of the stay:
- For reservations made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the price of the amount of the services reserved must be paid upon reservation at the campsite.
The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay for rental pitches.
- For bare pitches, the balance must be paid on the day of arrival.
- For reservations for rentals made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, full payment will be requested at the time of booking.
Payment for your stay can be made by credit card (the cards accepted are those from the Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard / MasterCard networks), by holiday check (sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt), in cash in euros and by check in euros up to 30 days before arrival at the Campsite.
b. Security Deposit:
For rental accommodation, a security deposit, the amount of which appears on the rates, is requested on arrival at the Campsite. An imprint of your Carte Bleue may be requested or a deposit check depending on the campsite / destination and the procedures put in place by the campsite.
The latter will be returned in full on the day of departure or no later than eight days after a satisfactory inventory of fixtures.
Otherwise, the security deposit will be taken.
An inventory will be made on the day of departure. It will be carried out on the inventory made by the customer on the day of arrival. The Customer will be provided with an inventory to verify at the time of installation. He will report any anomaly to the campsite reception
Damages greater than the amount paid as a security deposit will be the responsibility of the customer after deduction of the security deposit.
3. Cancellation and modification of reservations

Changes to your reservation can be made free of charge, subject to availability; a price supplement may be requested depending on the modification requested (period, type of accommodation, etc.).
b. Unused benefits
Any interrupted or shortened stay or in the event of a no-show (late arrival, early departure) caused by you will not give rise to a refund.

In the event of cancellation due to the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded
