GENERAL TERMS BOOKING CONDITIONS
Booking: Before any reservation, please check availability by telephone on 02 98 56 08 66. It will only be effective upon receipt of the rental contract accompanied by the deposit and after agreement from Camping de Kersentic.
Accommodation: The basic rate includes the maximum number of people (including children and babies) according to the capacity of the rented accommodation, a car in the parking lot, access to entertainment, equipment and services with the exception of those indicated as supplements. Water, gas and electricity are included. Our rentals are fully equipped with crockery, furniture, duvets and pillows. Sheets and towels are not provided. No cleaning fee is included. The campsite will refuse access to people arriving with a number of people greater than the capacity of the accommodation (including children and babies). Minors unaccompanied by their parents cannot be admitted. Only people registered on the rental contract are authorized to occupy the accommodation. Guests are accepted under conditions and agreement of the campsite. Only 1 dog (excluding categories 1 and 2) accepted under conditions and agreement of the campsite. A health record is mandatory, vaccinations up to date and on a leash required. Guide dogs authorized with supporting documents. Guests, being accepted under conditions and with the agreement of the campsite, must pay the rate in effect on the day of their arrival.
Accommodation deposits: A deposit by bank imprint will be requested upon arrival. This will be cancelled after your departure and the inspection team has passed, after deduction of any costs of restoring the premises and/or the value of missing or damaged equipment noted within 7 days. A lump sum will be retained if the rental is not returned clean.
Camping pitch : The pitch package includes a pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van for 1 or 2 people, electricity, one car in the car park, access to the sanitary facilities, entertainment, services and leisure facilities, except those indicated at extra cost. The campsite will refuse access to families arriving with more people than the capacity of the pitch (including children and babies). Minors not accompanied by their parents may not be admitted. Only registered persons are authorised to occupy the pitch. Guests are accepted subject to condition and approval by the campsite. Only the persons listed on the rental contract are authorised to occupy the pitch; guests are accepted subject to conditions and the agreement of the campsite.
Pitch deposits: A deposit of €20 for your badge will be required on arrival. This will be cancelled or returned after your departure
Tourist taxes and management fees: Tourist tax is not included in the price. Management fees will be charged when you make your reservation.
Payment terms: For reservations made more than 30 days before the scheduled date of your stay, a deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay plus the administration fees must be paid at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. For reservations made less than 30 days before the date of your arrival, payment of the full amount of the stay plus the administration fees must be made at the time of booking.
Campsite pitch, the balance is due the day of arrival
Cancellation: Any cancellation of reservation must be made in writing (registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt).
In the event of cancellation, you will be charged or required to pay:
·Management fees.
·The deposit if cancellation more than 30 days before the planned stay.
·The total amount if cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled date of your stay or if you do not show up on this date.
In the event of cancellation by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the customer will be reimbursed for all sums paid. Additional insurance allowing you to obtain a refund of the amount of your stay (subject to certain conditions) is offered to you when booking. The cancellation guarantee is not a “stay interruption” guarantee and does not provide any refund of the stay in the event of delayed arrival or early departure, whatever the cause.
Cancellation Insurance: We offer you to take out cancellation and interruption of stay insurance which allows you to be reimbursed of the sums paid if you have to cancel or interrupt your stay up to 70% without supporting documents and 100% with supporting documents. Subscription is not obligatory, but recommended. The complete general cancellation conditions are available on request or can be viewed online www.neat.eu. NEAT insurance must be taken out and paid when you make your reservation and is only valid for the people listed on the reservation contract. The insurance premium is non-refundable. Its cost is 5.5% of the price of the stay (excluding tourist tax). All reservations are due and no refund will be made if the insurance has not been taken out. It is also the customer's responsibility to take out insurance to cover accidents or incidents falling under civil liability. The campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, weather conditions.
Arrival and departure: For pitches, the arrival is from 3pm and departure before 11am. For accomodation, Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Gift certificate: The gift certificate is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be replaced in the event of loss/theft.
Gift voucher valid once for the purchase of a stay ordered on the online site www.camping-kersentic.com using a code to be communicated at the time of payment. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. A 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the gift voucher.
If there is money left on the gift voucher, whether it is still valid or not, no refund is possible.
Internal regulations: All customers are required to comply with the internal regulations. The internal regulations are made available on the website for any consultation. No vehicle is authorized to remain on the site except when loading or unloading personal belongings. It must park in the campsite car park provided for this purpose. Only one vehicle is authorized per site. Parking 24 hours a day. Traffic in the campsite authorized between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Miscellaneous: Special requests are taken into consideration as far as possible and depending on availability. If the request could not be satisfied, no claim will be admissible. No brochure is immune to typos or printing errors. Please have the prices confirmed when booking, only the prices mentioned on your invoice will be contractual. The customer/tenant is informed that the Camping de Kersentic is, during the stay, likely to take photographs or shoot videos on all areas of the campsite. These photographs or films may be used for commercial or advertising purposes for an unlimited period. The customer/tenant is invited to notify the Management of the establishment, upon arrival and the start of their stay, of any opposition to photographs or films capturing their image or those of the participants in their stay being used in this context.
Mediation: In accordance with the provisions of Article L 1612-1 of the Consumer Code, any customer of the campsite has the right to use a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute that may arise between them and the operator of the campsite.
