Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale
These General Terms and Conditions govern all sales of stays made on the website www.camping-petit-lion.com. They are an integral part of any contract between the campsite and its customers.
Each client acknowledges having read these terms and conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for itself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information prior to the conclusion of any contract of sale of stays. They may also be obtained upon a simple written request addressed to the head office of the establishment.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Price and payment
The price of the stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
For camping site reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement . The balance of the rental of a bare location will be paid on arrival. Your possible absences during your stay will not be taken into account.
For rental bookings: All rentals are nominative and cannot be assigned. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the reservation fee. The balance of the rental will be paid 21 days before the start of the stay and the deposit of 150 euros will be paid on the day of arrival.
For any delay not reported, the rental/location becomes available 2 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the deposit will remain with the management of the campsite.
2.2 Changing your booking
The client can, request the modification of his stay (campsite, dates and/or type of accommodation) on written request with the campsite (mail or email) to the extent of availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season. If no change is made, the client must make his stay in the initial conditions of reservation or cancel it according to the conditions of the cancellation insurance (CAMPEZ COUVERT).
Any request to increase the duration of your stay will be made according to availability and the rates in force.
Any request to reduce the duration of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms of cancellation and interruption of stay.
2.3 Benefits not used
Any stay interrupted, or shortened (late arrival, early departure) by you will not be refunded.
2.4 Cancellation of the Little Lion
In case of cancellation due to the Little Lion, except in case of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. Such cancellation may not, however, give rise to the payment of damages.
2.5 Cancellation by the customer
The Little Lion will not make any deposit refund.
Cancellation fees can be covered by the cancellation guarantees offered by CAMPEZ COUVERT. No refund will be made without a guarantee or cancellation insurance.
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee that allows you to obtain a refund of the sums paid in case of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (sickness, accident, etc.).
Insurance rates:
•Camping pitch: 3% of the amount of the stay
•Rentals lodges and lodges wood, tent lodge: 3% of the amount of the stay
Article 3 - Course of stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
For hire: arrivals are from 16:00, departures are before 10:00 on Saturdays
3.2 Bond
A deposit of 150 euros per accommodation will be requested the day of your arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the caisse, after an inventory. The charge for any damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail.
3.3 Departure
Any return of key or release of the site after 12h leads to the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
Animals declared at the time of booking (dog, cat) are allowed inside the rentals. Except for 1st and 2nd category dogs.
They must be kept on a permanent leash inside the campsite. They are prohibited near the pool and inside the collective buildings. The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.
3.5 Rules of Procedure
As required by law, you must adhere to our rules of procedure, deposited in the prefecture, displayed at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you upon request.
Article 4 - Right to image
You authorize Le Petit Lion, as well as any person that Le Petit Lion would like to replace, to photograph, record or film you during your stay at Le Petit Lion and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on any medium (in particular on the website, facebook page, instagram, on all the media of presentation and promotion of the Little Lion).
This authorization applies to you as well as to the persons lodged with you.
Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion and animation of the establishment and can in no way damage your reputation. This authorisation is granted free of charge for all countries and for a period of 5 years.
Article 5 - Liability
The Little Lion declines all responsibility for the damage suffered by the equipment of the camper-caravanier which would be of his own doing; insurance for your liability equipment is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...).
Article 6 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Commercial Court of Périgueux.
