Renting of an accomodation is from saturday to saturday. In July and August the arrivals are anticipead from 4 pm until 8 pm and thedepartures before 10 am.
• Every delay must be noticed before 8 pm, closinghour of the receptiondesk (in July and August). After 10 pm you will not be allowed to enterthe camping by car. A parking is available at the entrance of thecamping.
• For all rental accomodations it is not allowed to excede the numberof persons mentionbned in the rental contract.
• In case of cancellation of your stay the Camping de La Roche Percée will payback without admin. expenses : more than 60 days before the expecteddate of arrival, the total deposit ; from 30 to 60 days 50% of the deposit; after this delay the Camping will keep the total amount paid. Thereservation is only effectual after receipt of your signed bookingformand the payment of the deposit.
• The equipment of each accomodation is listed on a detailed inventory.At arrival each client will be asked a deposit of 250e as a guaranteefor any damages made by them during their stay. The deposit will bereturned to you at the end of your stay the deposit will be handed overto you at the end of your stay for the cash and sent by post for thecheques. If the inventory can not be made during the openinghoursof the office, the manager or his representative will do it himself. Thedeposit will be returned to you by post when no damage has occured.
• It is the responsability of the client to clean his accomodation beforeleaving. At the end of the stay the accomodation must be rendered ina perfectly clean condition at the inside and the direct surrounding.If this is not the case an amount will be held back on thedeposit for cleaning.
• No price reductions will be given in case of late arrival or earlydeparture.
• The tenant is not allowed to subrent or transfer the present contrat.
• Animals. Only domestic animals kept on a lead and vaccinated areaccepted on the site for a daily charge. You will have to provide theirvaccination documents on arrival. It is forbidden to let the animalalone on the campsite. The owners are civilly responsible for. Dogsof category 1 and 2 are forbidden inside the campsite. Access to thesanitories is forbidden to any animal.
• Each not announced visitor will be charged to the present family.
• The access to the Camping is reserved to our clients only, a checkingcan be made at any moment. Visitors are accepted within the limit of thecapacity of the camping and after the agreement of the management. They will have to pay the camping price mentionned. The balance of the stay have to be paid latest 1 month before the arrival.
