Purpose and scope :
These general terms and conditions of sale apply ipso jure, without restrictions nor reserve to any purchase of accommodation services, (renting of bare sites; renting of accommodation), of food services, of animation or any other services offered by the campsite « Camping Du Val de Saône à Thoissey » hereinafter referred to as « camping » to non-professional consumers and customers hereinafter referred to as the CUSTOMER.
The main characteristics of services are presented on the campsite website www.campingdethoissey.fr. The CUSTOMER is required to read it before placing any order. The choice or purchase of a service is the sole responsibility of the customer. The rules of procedure of the campsite are available on the website www.campingdethoissey.fr and is displayed within the Campsite. These conditions and the rules of procedure shall apply to the exclusion of any other conditions , and in particular those applicable to other marketing channels for services or on the Internet.
These general terms and conditions as well as the internal rules are systematically communicated to any CUSTOMER prior to the conclusion of the contract for the provision of services and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
The CUSTOMER declares that he has read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale and the rules of procedure before the conclusion of the contract for the provision of services. The validation of the order for services by the CUSTOMER constitutes acceptance without restriction or reservation of the present general terms and conditions of sale and the internal rules.
These general terms and conditions of sale may be subject to subsequent modifications, the version applicable to the purchase of the CUSTOMER is the one in force on the day of the conclusion of the contract.
RULE
A deposit of 30% will be asked to you to validate the option (Warning: the option period is set at 8 days.) Upon receipt of the deposit payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the practical information of your stay. The entire stay will then have to be paid 30 days before your arrival date.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
Any request for postponement or cancellation must be made by email specifying the reason and the customer reference. No telephone requests will be accepted.
General conditions
In the event that during your booking you did not wish to subscribe to the cancellation insurance Neat Camping.
Modification or cancellation of stay by yourself BEFORE your arrival :
In case of serious illness, serious accident or death and on presentation of a medical certificate or death we give you the opportunity to postpone your stay on the current season.
Modification or cancellation of stay by the « camping du Val de Saone » BEFORE your arrival : In case of an orange weather alert (for teepee only), with external events announced, independent of our will, such as bad weather or storm, management reserves the right to cancel your stay for security reasons. In this context, we will propose you to postpone your stay to a later date, within the current 12 months. If you have already left your home, we will offer you a relocation in other types of accommodation at no extra charge depending on availability. And in this case only, you will receive a 50% discount on a future equivalent stay in tipi within the current 12 months.
If none of these offers satisfied you, the entire amount paid would be refunded to you; no further compensation may be claimed.
Modification or cancellation of stay by the « camping du Val de Saone » on site : In case of an orange weather alert (for tipis only), with external events announced, independent of our will, such as bad weather or storm, management reserves the right to cancel your night in hut for security reasons. We will offer you a relocation in other types of accommodation at no extra charge depending on availability, and in this case only, you will receive a 50% discount on a future equivalent stay in a hut within the current 12 months. No further compensation may be claimed. If we do not have a relocation solution available, we will do our best to help you find accommodation in the area and offer you a postponement, possible within the current 12 months or the refund of your benefit.
Modification or cancellation of stay by yourself on site : in the event of a refusal of access to your tipi, rehousing in other types of accommodation may be offered according to our availability. No further compensation may be claimed.

CAPACITY
The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our rates corresponds to the maximum allowable occupancy based on available equipment. It cannot be exceeded for security and insurance reasons.
RENTAL
Campsite place rental : a bare pitch can accommodate up to 6 people, to set up your tent, caravan or camper.
Campsite place price : this is a price per night occupancy for 2 people, an installation and a vehicle. The campsite places are available from 12am on the day of arrival and must be released before 12am on the day of departure. Any exceeding will result in an additional day's billing. This package gives free access to sanitary buildings, reception services, swimming pool (in season only). Supplements: Persons (adults or children) or additional items present on the site (electricity, animal, etc.) are subject to a daily cost.
Please note : the allocation of places is made without distinction in the order of booking registration. Management reserves the right to change the location assignment to the arrival of the camping-guest
Rental of camping accommodation or lodges :
Definition of rental seasons: Refer to the rate schedule
This is a price per accommodation. Breakfast service is provided 7/7.
Particularities: In July and August the family huts and trailers are commendable on minimum 2 nights and safari-lodges the week from Saturday to Saturday.
Opening hours: Rentals are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be released before 10:00 on the day of departure. Any exceeding will result in an additional day's billing.
Any rental is nominative and cannot under any circumstances be assigned or rented
Deposit : tenants will be required to provide a security deposit of €250 upon arrival. This will be returned in its entirety within 24 hours of departure, after the return of the keys and any equipment, if the inventory of fixtures and an exit inventory are satisfactory.
Otherwise it will be deducted from the security deposit:
-The value of the missing items
-A flat fee of €50 for facilities that have not been adequately cleaned
-The amount of repairs in case of damage caused by the occupant
-Damages higher than the amount paid as a security deposit will be charged to the customer after charge on the security deposit.
GIFT VOUCHER
Our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year. They can be modified at the level of type of accommodation, or activity, number of people, additional benefit…
Extension of validity : For real and serious reasons (serious illness, long-term hospitalization, serious accident, death and on presentation of a medical or death certificate, relocation, transfer, etc.) on presentation of a proof we give the possibility of an extension of an additional year for 20€. The request must be made in writing before the expiry of the validity of the voucher.
PRICES
Our prices are subject to change depending on economic conditions or regulatory provisions, they include all taxes. Only the prices shown on our website are authentic. To this price is added the tourist tax (0.44€ per night per adult). Last minute promotion and sale: On these occasions, it is possible that for the same stay, customers paid different prices. Customers who have paid the highest price will under no circumstances be entitled to a refund representing the price difference they have paid and the promotional price. Discounts are in no way cumulative with promotions.
CHILDREN
The age of the children is calculated relative to their birthday and the start date of the stay. An official document justifying the age of the children may be requested at the beginning of the stay.
PETS
Our pets friends are allowed subject to strict compliance with the rules of procedure. They are under your full responsibility and must be kept on a leash.
VALUABLE ITEMS
It is recommended not to leave valuables in accommodations, tents or other.

RULES OF PROCEDURE
Any camper or visitor must comply with the internal rules of the Campsite under penalty up to the termination of the contract.
Reminder:
To respect the tranquility of the site, no night animations (no more noise after 22h).
The Campsite will not tolerate any intoxicated state or violence on site and reserves the right of exclusion in these cases.
