BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Rental periods:
Accommodation can only be rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday in July/August, and by the week or weekend (from Friday to Sunday) in the Off-Season. NO NIGHTLY RENTALS FOR ACCOMMODATION. Transit spaces are not affected by this rule.
For mobile home rentals by the week: payment of a deposit which will be cashed upon receipt. The BALANCE of the rental must be paid 10 days before arrival. Rentals are made from Saturday to Saturday: arrival between 3 pm and 7 pm / departure between 8 am and 10 am max.
For mobile home rentals at the weekend ONLY OUT OF SEASON: payment of a deposit which will be cashed upon receipt. The BALANCE of the rental must be paid 10 days before arrival. Rentals are from Friday between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to Sunday before 6 p.m.

We do not accept any minors unaccompanied by their parents, except in associations with their companions.
The occupancy of the rental is limited to one family per mobile home with a maximum of 2 to 6 people depending on the rental.
The occupancy of the passing pitches is limited to 1 motorhome or 1 caravan or 1 tent per pitch.
Upon receipt of your booking contract, together with the deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation by post.A security deposit (deposit) will be requested on arrival for any risk of damage, and it will be returned to you after examination of the premises on your departure, or within eight days by post.
The rental is personal: it can under no circumstances be transferred or sublet to a third party.
Included in the price: for mobile home rentals: 1 car per rental, water, gas and electricity. For walk-through locations: shower tokens
All rental prices include: The campsite's games which are free, access to the swimming pool, fishing, playground, bouncy castle, dance evenings, karaoke, ping-pong table, volleyball, multi-sports field, bowling green, minigolf, pedal boats, fitness room, (some games are only open during the summer season) etc...
Our prices do not include: electronic games, billiards, table football, drinks, tourist tax: € 0.50 per day per person over 18 years old, booking fees, additional cars, guests.
For the sake of hygiene: Linen must be provided by the customer except in luxury accommodation where it is provided.
CLEANING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TENANT: the rental must be left in perfect condition inside and in the immediate vicinity of the plot, as well as the barbecue. The refrigerator and freezer must be defrosted (out of season).
If necessary, €70 (or more) would be retained from the security deposit for cleaning or for the smell of cigarettes. Campsite house rules: are available on request and are displayed at the reception – The camper is required to respect them for the comfort and serenity of all. Only registered persons are allowed to occupy the accommodation or pitches allocated to them.
Cancellation/rental: a cancellation insurance proposal from the F.F.C.C. will be sent to you with your booking confirmation, which you may or may not take out (recommended) or consider taking out cancellation insurance with your insurer. All cancellations must be made in writing. (*More than 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded, between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date, the rental price will be due up to 50%. Between 30 days and the day of arrival, the rental price will be due in full. By making this reservation, I agree to these arrangements in the event of cancellation.
Visitors/guests after being authorized by the campsite manager, visitors or guests may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The camper who receives them is required to pay a fee. Pets and visitors' vehicles are not allowed in the campground, outdoor parking is reserved for them. No more than 4 guests will be allowed at a time in the rental.
JACUZZI IN LUXURY MOBILE HOMES: The Jacuzzi is reserved for the use only of the tenants present on the contract, it is forbidden for other external people or tenants of another mobile home to access it. Also forbidden to pour anything into it. Children are under the full responsibility of their parent. In the event of an accident, the campsite will not be held responsible.
Control and security: As access to the campsite is reserved for our customers only, a check can be carried out at any time. Access to the campsite is closed to cars from 24 p.m. to 7 a.m. in order to protect the sleep of campers. You can use the overnight car park located in front of the reception desk.
Obligation: In season, wearing a bracelet is compulsory in the campsite, swimming pool, etc. Anyone refusing or not wearing the bracelet will be excluded. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the mobile homes or in the nature accommodation.
They are accepted with an extra charge only in transit pitches under certain conditions: they must be kept on a leash and provide their vaccination record and up-to-date passport. If dogs in authorized categories with muzzles mandatory + dog keeping permit + certificate of aptitude of the master + behavioral evaluation report of the dog (levels 1 and 2 accepted, levels 3 and 4 refused): please bring all supporting documents with you on arrival
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all our accommodations.
The programme of activities (in season) is displayed at the campsite reception.
At the reception desk: convenience store, ice creams, ice cubes, charcoals, postcards, WIFI cards, souvenir gifts, brochures of the region, (walks, visits, museums of the Perche and the region, etc.) (Used Battery Drop-off and Suggestion Box)
Mail is to be dropped off or picked up at the reception desk, the postman comes every day at around 11:30 am.
