Arrival and Departures.
Arrival between 3 pm and 8 pm. Departure between out 8 am 10 am.
In case of arrival or departure outside these hours, please visit the Marina Beach Welcome passport.
In case of delayed arrival, the reservation is automatically maintained for 48 hours.
Over the next 24 hours, a simple phone call is sufficient to hold the reservation.
In addition, the reservation can be maintained with a written confirmation; without announcing its new customer delay, the place is no longer reserved and the deposit can not be refunded.
In case of early departure, the full length of the booked stay is due.
Cancellation
If you warn more than 6 days before the date, the deposit is refunded 100%.
Less than 7 days, the deposit is not refunded.
The certificates, medical or otherwise, do not allow refund.
Only the purchase of an insurance (eg. FFCC 01 42 72 84 08) provides a supplement or a refund of the deposit

Shift dates:
Possible on request, confirm in writing and subject to availability.
Payment:
Payment are made in advance upon arrival.
Booking conditions:
It is possible to arrive and leave the day of your choice.
All times are possible from 1 day.
Price is valid for the number of guests indicated by the client.
The booking conditions, and the use of the brochure reservation form, concern stays within family vacation.
Reservations for groups or others obey additional criteria and a specific reservation form must be requested and completed.
Any misrepresentation voids the reservation.
Animals:
For safety reasons, and given the significant presence of exotic animals, some of which carry children within the paths of the campsite, no animal can be entered by customers throughout the park
