The present sales terms and conditions rule all the stays sold on the website www.campingleparc.com . They are included in the contract binding the establishment and the customers.
The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning himself and any other person enjoying the stay.According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the establishment office.
GENERAL RENTAL TERMS and CONDITIONS 2024 CAMPING LE PARC 4*
CAMPING
1. Reservations can be made by post, or by e-mail . Your booking request will be registered immediately and a booking contract will be sent to you. The completed contract needs to be returned to us with a deposit of 30% of the total amount + bookings fee (refer to price list) within 72 hours. The person making the reservation must be aged at least 18 and legally able to agree to these contract rental conditions as well as guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information given. In addition, this person must be a participant in the stay. The rights linked to this contract are not transferable. Reservation requests including minors who are not accompanied by a parent (father or mother) or a legal guardian will be rejected. 2. As soon as we have received and accepted your contract and deposit, we will send you a firm and final confirmation. 3. The dates of your stay are defined. Cancellations can be made by mail or recommended letter (Emails not accepted). In the event of any major incident (death, accident, major illness, redundancy), the deposit will be reimbursed. However, your cancellation must be received no less than three weeks prior to your arrival. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of €30 will be kept by the camping. 4. Arrival from 2 p.m., departure before 12 pm. The remaining balance is payable on your arrival (this payment cannot be made by cheque). This will not be reimbursed if the departure is earlier than planned, except with the management's agreement. 5. The client must take possession of their camping pitch on the agreed arrival date. If the client has not arrived 24 hours after the planned date, the reservation will be cancelled and the pitch freed. The deposit sent by the client will be retained by the camping. 6. The package includes a pitch for tent, caravan or motor home, a car and 2 persons, access to sports facilities. The electricity is 10A per pitch (refer to pricelist). For security reasons, the number of persons is limited: A maximum of 6 persons per pitch.
RENTED ACCOMMODATION 1. Bookings can be made by mail or email. Rental is for the specified dates which may only be changed within the limits of availability. 4. Cancellation Conditions – Cancellations can be made by mail or recommended letter (Emails not accepted). For any cancellation received no less than 30 days prior to your expected arrival date, your deposit will be reimbursed and a €30 cancellation fee will be kept by the camping. In case you cancel your stay within 30 days prior to your arrival, there will be no monies refunded : neither deposit nor balance. No reimbursement will be authorized in the event of late arrival and/or early departure. 5. Arrival is from 3 p.m. on the 1st day of rental and departure is before 10 a.m. on the last day of rental. Late arrivals are possible until 9.30 p.m., in which case you must inform the reception by telephone before 6 p.m. 6. Reservations are only possible for a minimum of 2 nights or per week in high season, the dates of arrival are shown in the price list. 7. Included in your rental price: water, electricity, gas and access to the playgrounds and entertainment events. 8. A €300 deposit will be required upon arrival (€270 for eventual damage in the mobile home and €30 for any loss of your entrance badge to the site). This deposit will be returned to the client after the mobile home and the inventory have been checked and found satisfactory at departure and once the entrance badge has been returned. The mobile home must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as upon arrival and the refrigerator must be defrosted, otherwise a 70 euro fee will be retained for cleaning. Cash deposits can be returned to our clients only during the opening hours of the reception. If customers want to vacate their mobile home before the reception opens, they must provide a deposit by credit card. 9. The maximum occupancy of each mobile home (4,or 6 people) is fixed for insurance purposes and security reasons. No additional people will be accepted (even babies or very young children). 10. Tents are strictly prohibited on the mobile home site, only one vehicle allowed per rental. Any extra car will be parked in the outside parking lot.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Only the people whose names are stated on the booking contract will be allowed on the site. Any changes will have to be authorized by the camp site management team. 2. Upon arrival you shall present yourself at the reception with a identity document in order to carry out all necessary formalities (Payment of the rental balance and tourist tax, reception wristband and entrance badge). For the rentals the balance of your account has to be settled 30 days prior to arrival. If not, we are entitled to cancel your reservation and your deposit will be kept by the camping. The customer may want to pay their fees in installments. This free of charge facility is only possible if the booking is made several months in advance of the date upon which the outstanding balance is due. 3. No visitor can access the site if not registered and authorized by the reception. No visitor can access the pool of the campsite. The management team reserves the right to limit the number of visitors. Visitors must absolutely leave the campsite before midnight. Visitors' cars must be left in the car park outside the campsite, which is not supervised. 4. Prices do not include tourist tax and reservation fee. 5. For security reasons the number of vehicles is limited to one per site. Additional cars will have to be parked in our car park outside, which is not supervised. 6. Every person must comply with the internal camp site rules and each tenant must have personal civil liability insurance. 7. Any disputes arising will be referred to the competent court. 8. The accommodations are assigned based on availability and optimization of our planning. This assignment can be changed at any time before the keys to the accommodation are being handed over. Therefore, the client does not have the ability to choose an area or the number of one's rental accommodation in advance. No number will be communicated before the stay. Should the hirer wish to change his allocated pitch/accommodation upon arrival, his request will be considered according to availability. Special requests must be specified by the customer at the time of booking. Of course, we will try to satisfy requests within our ability but without any guarantee. Requests after sending the booking confirmation will not be considered. Nevertheless, our company reserves the right to change the type of accommodation by upgrading the type of accommodation requested if there was no specific request made at the time of booking. 9. Access to campsite by car is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. During these hours access is exclusively on foot. 10. Pets of more than 10 kg are not accepted. All authorized animals must have a valid health certificate upon arrival. It is strictly forbidden to leave animals on their own in the rental accommodation. Dogs are not allowed on the surrounding beaches nor in the swimming pool of our camping. Dangerous dogs are formally prohibited. 11. Gas bottles will not be changed between 9:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. 12. Bank transfer fees remain the responsibility of the client and will have to be paid by the client. 13. All registered clients are obliged to wear the campsite wristband during their full stay. People refusing to wear a bracelet will be refused access to the site. Each authorized vehicle must display the campsite sticker during the full stay. 14. There is no lifeguard surveillance at the swimming pool, therefore children can only access the pools accompanied by an adult. In accordance with legislation shorts are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool, only bathing suits are authorized. 15. The opening hours of the on-site services can be communicated by telephone one week before your arrival . These hours are subject to change during the season with regards to the time of year and weather conditions. 16. Group Bookings: When bookings for more than 4 mobile homes are made for the same dates by the same person or by different people knowing each other the booking is considered as a group booking. To make a group reservation, you will have to send a written request by letter or by e-mail to the person in charge of group bookings . 17. The Management reserves the right to maintain the green areas of the campsite from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, using mowers and hedge trimmers to maintain the cleanliness of the campsite. 18. Our company cannot be held responsible for disruption caused by maintenance carried out by the site or the town (maintenance works, water or electricity cuts) that could disturb the guests' holiday. 19. Complaints can only be considered when made during the stay and on site and in no case later, or after the stay. Any dispute arising will be referred to the appropriate authorities. Any complaints should be made to the campsite reception in order to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and confirmed by email to: reclamation@sudestvacances.fr, or in writing to the campsite reception. This must be received within a maximum period of 8 days after the return date. No complaints will be processed if they have not been mentioned during the stay at the campsite. 20. A WI-FI connection is provided to clients of the camping (payable). The camping cannot be held liable for any malfunction due to the Internet Service Provider. 21. CANCELLATION AND PREMATURE DEPARTURE INSURANCE: You have the possibility to subscribe to a cancellation or premature departure insurance when you pay the amount indicated on the rental contract. The insurance should be paid at the same time as the reservation contract. Guaranteed cancellation in case of: Serious Illness, Serious Accident or Death, Destruction of professional premises, Theft in private or professional premises, Redundancy, Serious damage of your vehicle, Complications due to pregnancy. Guaranteed premature departure from your holiday accommodation in case of: Serious Illness, Injury or Death, Theft or serious damage in professional or private premises of the insured.
ASSISTENCIA PICTURE AUTHORIZATION: You authorize without counterpart the camping to use all the supports of photos of you and your children who could be taken during your stay for advertising needs of the camping. I declare having read the general booking terms and conditions and totally agree to them.
