Synthetic General booking conditions
(arrival 16H departure 10h related to CoVid situation for accomodation and 12h/12h for pitches):
Upon receipt of your reservation and deposit paid (30%) made payable to Camping Les Berges du Doux, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt .
The balance has to be paid 30 days before arrival, without a reminder, except for last minute stays, where the full balance will be requested on arrival at the campsite.
The price of the stay is indicated in €, VAT included.
For rental accommodation, without payment of the balance within the prescribed period, without any justified information from you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and the deposit previously paid will remain acquired by the campsite.
On site, we accept credit cards and cash.
We do not charge an application fee.
Any rental is nominative and can in no case be transferred or rented. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The number of persons occupying a rental may not exceed the maximum permitted capacity.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 200€ from you will be requested for accomodation:
It will be returned to you on the day of departure after inspection of the accomodation (or by mail after deduction of any costs of restoration or/and the value of the missing or deteriorated equipment).. An entry/exit check-in will be carried out
Liability insurance is mandatory. We do not accept any liability for theft, fire, etc…under your responsibility.
Cancellation of stay
Possibility to cancel the stay without insurance, without reason and without charge, up to 60 days before arrival, only the file fees are non-refundable, for any reservation.
These special cancellation conditions are valid for reservation from 1/11/2024 to 30/04/2025.
They apply to all stays of the season.
After the 30/04/2024 the following conditions are applied
due of the customer: we advise you to take out a cancellation insurance that will allow you to be reimbursed in case of event that prevents you from making your stay. If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, the full deposit will remain acquired by the campsite except for specific circumstances related to pandemic situation, not covered by cancellation insurance (closure of the campsite,confinement....).
If you have taken out cancellation insurance, it guarantees the reimbursement of the advance payments made under the conditions of the reasons invoked with obligatory proof, according to the general insurance conditions of the provider, presented at the time of subscription.
due to the camping: in case of cancellation of a stay for reasons incumbent upon us, leading us to cancel for reasons of security of the holidaymakers, the customer will obtain the refund of all sums paid.
Information Rules of procedure:
Arrival: Upon arrival, you will be assigned a location or rental accommodation number by the campsite management. Any person not registered beforehand will not be able to stay at the campsite without authorization of the Management.
Pets: Vaccinated animals are accepted on camping pitches and accomodation (except dogs of categories I and II), kept on a leash in the campsite. with an extra charge per day. On the day of departure, the site must be made clean, the pebbles must be removed, the trenches closed.
Photos and videos: Photos and videos taken during your stay by the campsite may be used later (brochures, information brochures, publications, website, etc.) without any compensation being claimed from the campsite. Under no circumstances will these photos and videos be used in another frame. In case of refusal of these conditions of use, it should be reported by mail to the campsite at the time of booking. The campsite is not responsible for the photos and videos taken, on a personal basis, by the holidaymakers during the stay and the use they could make of them.
Liability: In case of non-payment of the right of visit (visitor rate,), the sum must be paid by the client welcoming the visitors.
Quiet at night: The residents of the campsite are required to comply with the rules of procedure available at the reception, in particular regarding the quiet at night and the respect of tranquility.
Disturbances and nuisances: the client is responsible for the disturbances and nuisances caused by the people who stay with him and must respect the rules of procedure. When a resident causes disturbance or nuisance to other residents or waits for the integrity of the facilities, the campsite reserves the right to put an immediate end to its stay without payment of any compensation and without prejudice to claims for compensation that the campsite and the third parties could assert against it.
