TERMS OF SALES
CAMPING PITCH : We provide you with a bare pitch for your tent, caravan, or motorhome. Your stay is calculated based on a basic package that includes the pitch, 2 people, your setup, your vehicle, and access to the reception facilities, activities, and sanitary facilities. Additional fees (extra person, additional vehicle, pets, etc.) are not included in the package and will be added to it. A maximum of 6 people is allowed per pitch. * The comfort package includes a pitch for 2 people, a motorhome, a tent, or a caravan with a vehicle, and electricity (10 amps). The price for the pitch is calculated per night. Pitches are available on the day of your arrival from 3 PM and must be vacated on the day of your departure before 1 PM (any delay will result in the charging of an additional night). Pitches must be left clean. Preferences made during reservations (specific pitch number, shaded or not, pitches side by side, etc.) will be met as much as possible, without the campsite being held responsible. An additional charge of 30 euros will apply.
ACCOMMODATION RENTAL: Our prices include the rental of the accommodation, the number of people (according to capacity), utilities (water, gas, electricity), 1 vehicle (2 vehicles for 8-person rentals), and access to the reception facilities, activities, and sanitary facilities. Bed linen and towels are not provided (except in the Jasmin, Magnolia Jacuzzi, and Côté Jardin Jacuzzi Cottages). It is possible to rent them on-site by reserving in advance.
The keys will be handed over from 4 PM on the day of your arrival and must be returned before 10 AM on the day of your departure. The accommodation must be left in good condition upon your departure.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: For rental accommodations, two security deposits will be required upon arrival: one of 200 euros for the rental and another of 80 euros for cleaning (via credit card hold, or cash). These deposits will be destroyed or refunded after your departure. A check-in and check-out inspection is carried out by our team for each rental before and after each stay. An inventory and cleanliness report will be provided to you upon arrival, which you must return to the reception and report any issues within 12 hours. If not, the premises, inventory, and equipment will be deemed to be in good condition. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, who must return the accommodation in perfect cleanliness. If this is not done, the sum of 80 euros will not be refunded. If you opt for the cleaning package, you will still need to do your dishes and take out the trash.
RATES AND TAXES: Our prices include VAT but do not include the tourist tax (€0.82 per day per person over 18 years old) and the eco-contribution (€0.48 per day per person over 2 years old).
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES: Any additional activity, whether free or paid, mentioned in our brochure or on our website may, under certain circumstances beyond our control, be modified or canceled upon your arrival at the site. In this case, our responsibility cannot be held liable.
MINORS : Unaccompanied minors are accepted under certain conditions (parental certificate). Before making a reservation, parents are asked to contact the management, which reserves the right to accept or refuse the request.
OUTSIDE VISITORS: Outside visitors are welcome, with a limit of 4 people per day.

HALF BOARD PACKAGE : (ask for full-board or breakfast package)

Breakfast: 1 hot drink + 1 pastry + bread/butter/jam + 1 orange juice;
Dinner: 1 hot dish or 1 pizza + 1 dessert + 1/4 wine or 1 can.
*** CHILD package (2 to 9 years old): €16.00 / person / day
Breakfast: 1 hot drink + 1 pastry + bread/butter/jam + 1 orange juice;
Dinner: 1 hot dish or 1 pizza + 1 dessert.
POOL ACCESS: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Wearing a wristband is mandatory. In accordance with the regulations, wearing a swimsuit is compulsory: swim briefs or trunks for men, one- or two-piece swimsuits for women. No one dressed in regular clothing will be allowed entry: shorts, bermudas, and burkinis are prohibited.
BRACELET : All guests must wear the campsite wristband for the entire duration of their stay.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: Payment for your stay can be made by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard), ANCV holiday vouchers, a bank check issued in euros, bank transfer, postal order, or in cash.
PAYMENT TERMS: The reservation of your stay becomes effective only after confirmation from our services and after payment of a 25% deposit (plus non-refundable booking fees). Upon receipt of your deposit and signed contract, you will receive a booking confirmation that you must present upon arrival.
For RENTALS: The balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.

For any online reservation, accepting the rental conditions is equivalent to signing a contract.
LATE ARRIVAL – EARLY DEPARTURE – MODIFICATIONS: In case of non-arrival at the campsite within 24 hours of the start of your stay, and without justification and/or news from you, we will dispose of your accommodation. The full stay will still be due. No reduction will be granted in the case of an early departure.
You may request changes to your stay by mail or email, subject to availability and our possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season. If no change is made, you must proceed with your stay under the initially planned conditions or cancel it according to the cancellation insurance conditions. Any request to extend your stay will be subject to availability and current rates. Any request to shorten your stay will be considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption policies.
CANCELLATION : (without subscription to our Cancellation Insurance)
a. Cancellation by the guest: for any reason:
- At least 90 days before the arrival date: the deposit may be refunded (except for non-refundable booking fees).
- From 90 days to 30 days before the arrival date: the 25% deposit will be retained by the campsite. A voucher, corresponding to the remaining amounts paid, valid for one year, non-refundable and non-transferable, will be issued by the campsite.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before your arrival (or no-show): the 25% deposit of the total stay and 75% of the amounts paid will be retained by the campsite as cancellation fees. The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for one year.
b. Cancellation by the campsite: If the campsite is forced to cancel its rental services, except in cases of force majeure, the amounts paid for the reservation will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation will not result in the payment of damages.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: You have the option to subscribe to cancellation insurance for a cost of 3.3% of the total stay (accommodation and pitch). This insurance must be taken out at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. In case of cancellation by the camper with subscription to the cancellation guarantee: The amounts paid are covered by the guarantee according to the general cancellation terms. If the reason for the cancellation is not covered by the cancellation insurance, or if the claim is rejected by the insurer, the general sales conditions in the «CANCELLATION» section apply, and the cost of the cancellation insurance will be deducted from the amounts paid in case of cancellation.
PETS : Pets are allowed at our establishment, except for category 1 and 2 dogs. We require that dogs be kept on a leash within the campsite. You must respect the hygiene and environment of the campsite. The pet's health record must be presented upon arrival. Rabies vaccinations and the tattoo certificate are mandatory.
IMAGE RIGHTS : You expressly authorize, without compensation, the campsite to take photos and videos of you and use them on all media platforms. This authorization applies to both you and any persons staying with you and is solely for the advertising needs of the campsite.
COMPLAINTS : Any possible complaint following a stay must be made in writing.
