In July and August rentals are from Saturday or sunday16h to Saturday or sunday 10h .
One vehicle and one animal is allowed on the rental location. ( No animal in the rental of comfort ) . Dogs first and second category are prohibited. Every animal must be vaccinated and tattooed , their immunization update will be required upon arrival , a supplement of 4€ per night will be applied to the animal.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents.
All bookings are personal and can not be assigned or sublet . Persons on the contract may not be replaced by a third party.
Lease will become effective upon receipt of the contract, sending the required deposit and our written consent. This booking contract gives rise to a down payment for mobile homes and chalets for 25% of total stay with a minimum of 50 € plus € 25 fee ( fee offered for stays not July and August ) the balance must always be paid 15 days before arrival and definitively confirm the reservation. In case of non -payment within the prescribed period, the reservation will lapse , the deposit will be forfeited and the site will have the rent .
Preferences made during the reservation will be satisfied to the extent of availability , without liability to the campsite. They can not be guaranteed nor required .
A security deposit of € 200 is required upon arrival. This will be returned at end of stay if no damage or breakage is detected. A second check of € 70 will be charged for the cleaning fee and will be refunded if rental is returned to a state of immaculate. In case of departure outside opening hours of the reception , the inventory will be done later and deposits will be returned under the conditions mentioned above by mail within a week . The tenant agrees to make up the sum if the amount of the deposit is not enough to repair the damage .
In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be made. In case of cancellations made in writing three months before the firm stay 100 % of the deposit will be refunded two months before the firm stay 50 % of the deposit will be refunded after this date all the the deposit or payment will be retained at the campsite. In no event shall the fee will be refunded .
During your stay you can be photographed and appear on our next brochure or on our website. In case of refusal , you must notify in writing to the home the day of your arrival.
