Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions govern all sales of stays made on the website www.pommiers-3pays.com. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any client for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any sales contract for stays. They can also be obtained on written request addressed to the head office of the establishment.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Prices and regulations
The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax and the trash tax are not included in the price.
For camping pitch reservations: All rentals are nominative and can not be assigned. The rental becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and booking fees.

2.2 Modification of reservation
No reduction will be made in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
For any cancellation by the lessee, the lessor keeps the deposit paid and reserves the right to apply the following compensation to the lessee:
Cancellation after 48 hours after signing the contract or click internet sales: the deposit amount is kept
- Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the rental amount is kept by the establishment.
- Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the start of the stay: 75% of the rental amount is kept by the establishment.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the rental amount is kept by the establishment.

Force majeure and the covid-19 health crisis
By force majeure covid 19, it is understood, in any event:
- A government travel ban, a negative opinion for non-essential travelers, on destination, in the accommodation or at the place of origin of the customer, circumstances related to covid 19 justified preventing or prohibiting customers from leaving or from arrive at our vacation spot.
More specifically, customers are reimbursed in full in the following cases:
- Closure of our campsite
- Closure of French borders or those of the country from the customer
- Imposed quarantine or confinement of the customer's city, department, region or country
- Administrative restrictions of the client's country of origin (quarantine period imposed)
These conditions apply for any cancellation of the customer's stay for the reasons described above and occurring until the day before his arrival. If these conditions arise during the customer's stay, the nights not consumed will be reimbursed.
The circumstances being known at the time of booking are excluded (confinement, borders closed, quarantine already in force in the country of origin, non-exhaustive list.)
not having a health pass or being positive for covid-19 does not entitle you to a refund.
This credit note can be used under the following conditions:
- 1) you can use this credit for another stay at our establishment, equivalent to the one that was canceled and at the same price
- 2) You will naturally have the possibility, if you wish, to use this credit for one or more other types of stay in our establishment, at another time of the year and for which the prices will be different.
- 3) This credit will be valid for 18 months from the contract proposal that will be formulated, beyond 18 months, the credit will be refunded if it has not been used.
2.4 Retraction
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in case of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order of a stay near the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of retraction.
Article 3 - Conduct of the stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
For rent: arrivals are from 16:00, departures are before 11:00, any day of the week.
IN CAMPING: Arrivals are from 1 pm, departures are before midday, any day of the week.
3.2 Deposit
A deposit of 300 euros per accommodation will be required on the day of your arrival + 75 € FOR THE HOUSEHOLD if it is not done
It will be given back to you the day of your departure, (it is not debited) during the opening hours of the cashier, after an inventory of fixtures. The billing for any damage will be added to the price of the stay and cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you can not be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned by mail.
3.3 Departure
Any return of key or release of the location after 11am will result in the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
Pets are allowed inside the rentals with supplement.
3.5 Rules of Procedure
As the law requires, you must adhere to our rules of procedure, filed with the prefecture, posted at our reception and a copy will be given to you on request.
Article 4 - Liability
The Camping declines any responsibility for the damages suffered by the camper-camper's equipment which would be of its own making; insurance for your material in the area of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC ...).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the District Court or the Commercial Court -.
Article 6:
visitors
After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, the visitors can be admitted in the camp-site under the responsibility of the campers who receive them and must pay a right to enter the acceuil, the cars of the visitors must remain on parking at the entrance of the field.il can not enjoy the pool.
