GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

1. Scope of the general terms and conditions of sale

These general terms of sale sent to the Client form a contractual whole, constituting the entire contractual relationship between the Campsite and its Clients. This contractual whole governs the sales of stays by the Campsite and will be considered valid from the moment the order is placed, to the exclusion of any other conditions. The Campsite reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions at any time. However, the version which will apply to the Client is that accepted by him at the time he made his reservation.

2. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale

The Client is considered to have unconditionally accepted these General Terms of Sale, in accordance with the provisions of article 1126 of the French Civil Code. The Client is therefore informed that by ticking the box marked “I confirm that I have read the General Terms of Sale” when placing his order via the internet or upon receipt the booking confirmation email accompanied by these terms and conditions, he is expressing his specific, free and informed consent, including in particular with regard to the use of his personal data. This unconditional acceptance is valid both for the Client and for any person participating in the stay. These General Terms of Sale are also available on the Campsite's website and at the Campsite's Reception.

3. BOOKING REQUEST AND PAYMENT

The Client can reserve online, by telephone or at the Campsite.
Any request for a reservation is considered as a firm reservation from the moment it is accepted by the Campsite. The Campsite is free to refuse the reservation according to availability or to any circumstances likely have a negative impact on the envisaged stay.
The acceptance of the reservation will be confirmed exclusively by the sending of a reservation confirmation by e-mail, by post or delivered personally.
The reservation is made on a personal, named basis. The Client must be at least 18 years of age, must participate in the reserved stay and must supply the last names, first names and dates of birth of all participants including minors and babies. The Campsite reserves the right to refuse any person not listed at the time the reservation was made. Any incorrect information may result in the stay being cancelled.

Booking rental accommodation
More than 30 days before the start of the holiday: the deposit is equal to 25% of the cost of the stay + €10 booking fee + 4.50% of the cost of the stay if you decide to take out cancellation insurance.
Less than 30 days before the start of your holiday: The cost of the holiday must be paid in full. If the balance is not received within 30 days of arrival, the holiday will be cancelled without you being able to take advantage of this cancellation, and the 25% deposit and cancellation insurance costs will be forfeited.

Reserving a camping pitch
The deposit is €140 + €10 booking fee + 4.50% of the total cost of the holiday if you decide to take out cancellation insurance. The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival (the full cost of the stay must be paid). If the balance is not received within 30 days of arrival, the holiday will be cancelled without you being able to take advantage of this cancellation, and the deposit of 140€ + the 10€ booking fee + the cancellation insurance fee will be forfeited.
You will be asked for your camping card (ADAC, ACSI, ANWB, FFCC, etc.) when you register.

Pets (dogs and cats only) are permitted up to a limit of 2 per pitch. Please bring a copy of your pet's health record with you when booking. Pets are not allowed in the aquatic area. Category 1 and 2 dogs are strictly forbidden on the campsite premises.

Reservations for camping pitches or rentals are made on a strictly personal basis. Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your booking without the prior consent of the campsite.
Any booking of more than 4 accommodations or pitches by the same individual or by different individuals who know each other and are travelling together for the same reasons on the same dates is considered as a group. To ensure the peace of mind of our holidaymakers, you must contact our campsite by e-mail for all group booking requests. The company reserves the right to examine the booking request before accepting or refusing it.
The tourist tax is the one listed for 2024 and may be adjusted in 2025 if there is an increase in this tax as of January 1st. We reserve the right to adjust the balance accordingly, based on any increases in the tourist tax.

4. MEANS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made by bank transfer, by holiday vouchers (sent by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt), or by credit card via the secure payment system on our website. We accept connect holiday vouchers only to pay the deposit; you will not be able to pay the balance of your stay. For more information, please contact the campsite reception.

5. NEAT CANCELLATION INSURANCE

The company offers you optional cancellation and interruption insurance as part of your rental contract. Our partner Neat undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay only to customers who have taken out Neat insurance.

In the event of cancellation, customers must notify the campsite of their withdrawal as soon as an event preventing arrival or interruption of their stay occurs, by post or e-mail, and contact our partner directly at sinistre@neat.eu.

Neat insurance reimburses 70% of the amount if the customer does not provide proof, whatever the reason, except in the case of exclusion provided for in the insurance contract.
The insurance reimburses 100% of the cost of the stay if the customer provides proof, except in the case of exclusion provided for in the insurance contract.
Cancellation insurance costs 4.50% of the total cost of the holiday.
If you do not take out Neat cancellation insurance, you will not be reimbursed for any holiday that you interrupt or shorten (late arrival, early departure).


6. CANCELLATION WITHOUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE

In the event that you are unable to honour your holiday without having taken out Neat cancellation insurance, no refund or postponement can be requested from the company.
7. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the company informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or at a specific frequency, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day cooling-off period.

8. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

All customers must report to the campsite reception on arrival.

Campsite pitch rental
Arrival is between 2pm and 7pm. Departure must be before 12 noon.

Rental accommodation
Arrival is between 4pm and 7pm. A deposit of 500€ is required by credit card. In the event of late arrival after reception has closed, the deposit will be requested by credit card.

Departure is between 8am and 10am (an inventory of fixtures must be agreed the day before your departure). The property must be left in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived.

9. DURING YOUR STAY

It is the responsibility of all holidaymakers to ensure that the campsite rules and regulations, the facilities and the peace and quiet are respected from 10pm onwards. It is also strictly forbidden to recharge electric cars at the pitch terminals or via the rental connections. Any breach of this rule will result in early departure. Access to the campsite is only permitted to persons whose names appear on the rental contract. For safety and insurance reasons, it is forbidden to exceed the number of occupants in each rental accommodation. In the event of a false declaration at the time of booking, the Management reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the balance will be retained.
All visitors must be declared to reception before their arrival and must pay a supplement according to the tariff in force. Each tenant is responsible for any disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with them or visiting them.

Our company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings, injury or damage to holidaymakers or their property.
The use of charcoal barbecues is strictly forbidden on our site.
Rental accommodation
It is forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation.
As payment for the stay has already been made, the deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay once the accommodation has been inspected. In the event of damage to the equipment, the deposit will be retained, but this does not exclude additional compensation if the costs exceed the amount of the deposit. If the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, you may be required to pay a cleaning charge of between €80 and €100.
We would like to inform our customers that any complaint regarding the cleanliness of the mobile home must be reported on arrival, before you settle in with your personal belongings. Once installed, the management declines all responsibility.

Image rights
You expressly authorise our campsites to use any photos of you or your children that may be taken during your stay for the campsite's publicity purposes, without compensation.

Mediator
In the event of a dispute, and after having contacted the campsite's «customer service», any campsite customer may refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter to the operator. 10. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

The information you give us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information will be considered confidential. It will only be used by the company's internal departments to process your order and to improve and personalise communication and the services offered to customers. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning you. 12. 4X payment by bank card with our partner FLOA

Our financial partner FLOA offers payment solutions for your purchases of goods and/or services, in 4 instalments by bank card. These payment solutions are reserved for private individuals (over 18 years of age) residing in France, holding a Visa or MasterCard bank card with a validity date corresponding to the duration of the refund.
