GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
BOOKING CONDITIONS
• Failure to comply with all of the clauses mentioned below will result in cancellation of the contract and loss of the deposit paid when booking.
• The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt of the duly completed and signed reservation contract.
• Reservations are not binding on the Nizour campsite, unless the campsite has accepted them, which it is free to do or refuse, depending on availability, and generally, any circumstances likely to harm the execution of the reservation made.
• The reservation of a campsite or rental is made on a strictly personal basis. You may not under any circumstances sublet or transfer your reservation.
• Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the pitch or accommodation rented.
• Preferences expressed when booking will be satisfied subject to availability, without incurring any liability on the part of the establishment.
• It is the customer's responsibility to insure themselves. The customer releases the establishment from liability in the event of damage due to falling branches, pine cones, bad weather, natural disasters, theft, broken windows, etc.
• All customers must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations.
• Each tenant in title is responsible for any disturbances and nuisances caused by people staying with them or visiting them.
• The tenant accepts the location or rental property as is.
Camping pitch
• The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or camper van for 1 to 2 people and a maximum of 6 people per pitch, 1 installation maximum (3 small tents or 1 caravan with awning or 1 camper van or 1 caravan with 1 tent) access to toilets and facilities.
Arrivals
• The location will be available from 3 p.m. and must be occupied no later than 8 p.m.
• In the event of late arrival, and in the absence of a justifying message from the customer, specifying their delay, the pitch will become available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract and the deposit and administration fees will be acquired by the campsite.
Departures
• Departures will be announced 24 hours in advance.
• The location must be returned to its original condition at the end of the stay.
• The location must be vacated before 12 noon. In case of departure after 12 noon, an additional day of stay will be charged.
Rental accommodations
• Rates include rental for up to the number of people indicated, full inventory, access for one vehicle, access to common services and infrastructure.
• Installation of an additional tent is not permitted.
• In July and August, arrivals and departures from rentals are only on Saturday or Sunday.
Arrivals
• On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed from 3:00 p.m., and upon handing over the keys to your rental, a deposit of €350 will be requested (check, credit card number or cash).
• The inventory must be carried out by the tenant customer. The inventory sheet signed and returned upon receipt. In the absence of this sheet returned within 24 hours upon receipt,
the complete inventory will be deemed acquired. No claims will be taken into account beyond this period.
• In the event of late arrival, and in the absence of a justifying message from the customer, specifying their delay, the rental will become available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract and the deposit and administration fees will be acquired by the campsite.
Departures
• The rental accommodation must be vacated before 11 am. The accommodation will be returned in a perfectly clean condition, and the inventory may be checked, any broken or damaged object will be at your expense, as well as the restoration of the premises if this proves necessary. The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, less the compensation retained, on supporting invoices, for the any damage noted in the exit inventory. The retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in the event that the costs are higher than the amount of the deposit. In the event that the accommodation has not been cleaned before your departure, a cleaning fee of €60 including tax will be requested.
• For any delayed departure, you may be charged for an additional day at the current nightly rate.
Band
• Any reservation of more than 4 accommodations by the same natural person or by different natural persons but who know each other and are travelling together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay is considered a group.
• The accommodation and locations offered on the website are intended exclusively for individual customers.
• For any group booking request, you must contact us by telephone, by e-mail or via our Contact Us section. The campsite reserves the right to study the booking request before accepting or refusing it.
Booking fees
The booking fee is €10 per booking in July and August only.
PRICES
• The prices indicated are valid for the 2025 season. They correspond to one night and are in euros, VAT included.
TOURIST TAX
• The amount of the tourist tax may be modified without notice by the municipality.
PAYMENT TERMS
Camping pitch
• A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be paid upon booking. The balance must be paid on site on the day of your arrival.
Rental accommodations
• A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be paid upon booking. The balance must be paid 15 days before the day of your arrival. Any rental accommodation reservation not paid 15 days before the date stated on the contract will be automatically cancelled.
• In the event of cancellation, the deposit and reservation fees will be retained by the campsite.
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
• In accordance with Article L.121-19 of the Consumer Code, the Nizour campsite informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or according to a specific frequency, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
1. Changing your reservation
• The customer may request a change to their stay (dates, type of accommodation, number of people, etc.) upon written request to the campsite (letter or email) subject to availability and
possibilities. No postponement will be accepted to the following season. In the absence of a change, the customer must complete their stay under the initial booking conditions.
• Any request to increase the length of your stay will be made subject to availability and according to the rates in force.
• Any request to reduce the length of your stay is considered a partial cancellation and will be subject to the terms and conditions for cancellation and interruption of stay.
1. Unused benefits
• Any stay interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) due to your actions will not give rise to a refund.
1. Cancellation due to Camping du Nizour
• In the event of cancellation by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation will not give rise to the payment of damages.
1. Cancellation by the customer
• For any cancellation, whatever the duration, the deposit and booking fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, whatever the reason for the cancellation.
• In addition, the customer will be liable for: o 10% of the total amount of the reservation in case of cancellation between 90 and 30
days before the scheduled arrival date
o 45% of the total amount of the reservation in case of cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the scheduled date of arrival
o 70% of the total amount of the reservation in case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival
o 100% of the total amount of the reservation in case of no-show
ANIMALS
Animals are accepted in the campsite except for 1st and 2nd category dogs. They must be kept on a leash, tattooed, vaccinated and all your pet's excrement must be picked up. You will be asked for their
vaccination record upon arrival. They must not be left free, or even locked up in rental accommodation in the absence of their owner who is civilly responsible for them.
PICTURE
You authorize the Nizour campsite, as well as any person or company that the campsite wishes to substitute, to photograph, record or film you during your stay and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all graphic, optical, digital and/or electronic media (in particular on the Nizour campsite websites or Internet pages, its Facebook page, on presentation and promotional media and on travel or tourist guides). Its sole purpose is to ensure the promotion, animation and communication of our social networks and may not in any way harm your reputation. This authorization is granted free of charge, for all countries and for a period of 5 years.

Any possible complaint regarding non-conformity of the services with contractual commitments may be reported by post or e-mail to the manager:

MEDIATION
If the response does not satisfy you, you have the possibility to contact the Medicys mediation center, after a period of one month following the sending of these letters/emails. You must submit a file

RESPONSIBILITY OF CAMPING DU NIZOUR
The customer expressly acknowledges that our establishment cannot be held responsible for the communication by its partners or by any third party of false information that may be mentioned in the brochures, websites, etc. concerning the reception sites, and in particular the presentation photos, qualifiers, activities, leisure activities, services and operating dates. All photos and texts used in the brochure or on the Nizour campsite websites are not contractual. They are for information purposes only. It may happen that certain activities and facilities offered and indicated in the description appearing in the brochure or on the website are cancelled, in particular for climatic
reasons or in the event of force majeure as defined by the French courts.
COMPUTING AND FREEDOM
The information you provide us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information will be considered confidential. It will be used solely to process your order and to
strengthen and personalize communication and the offer according to your interests. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose to
