Terms and Conditions for Seasonal Rental Accommodations
1. Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total stay amount.
The balance must be paid in full 30 days before the arrival date.
For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation by the guest:
More than 30 days before arrival: the deposit will be refunded, minus a €50 administrative fee.
Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount will be retained.
Less than 15 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.
Cancellation by the owner: In case of force majeure, the guest will be fully refunded, without any further claims for damages or compensation.
Date modifications: Subject to availability and owner approval, modifications must be requested at least 15 days prior to arrival. A €50 fee may apply.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival, payable by check or bank hold.
The deposit will be returned within 7 days after departure, less any deductions for damages or additional cleaning fees.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Any delays must be communicated in advance.
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM. The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Failure to vacate by the check-out time may result in a €50 per hour late fee.
5. Occupancy Rules
The maximum occupancy of the accommodation must not be exceeded. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Any damage caused by pets will be deducted from the security deposit.
6. Liability and Insurance
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
It is strongly recommended to take out liability insurance for holiday rentals.
The owner is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to the guests' personal belongings.
7. House Rules and Use of Facilities
Guests must adhere to the property rules (noise levels, respect for equipment, etc.). Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
The use of specific facilities (jacuzzi, barbecue, etc.) is at the guest's sole responsibility.
8. Disputes
In case of disputes, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in the region where the rental is located.
9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Booking the property implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
