General terms and conditions
Article 1 – Scope of the general terms and conditions
These terms and conditions shall apply to all holiday stays purchased on www.vacancesnaturiste.com. They shall form an integral part of any contract between the Campsite and its customers.
Customers hereby acknowledge that they have read the general terms and conditions before booking a holiday stay for themselves and any other person in their party.
In accordance with the applicable law, these general terms and conditions are communicated to customers for information purposes prior to finalising any holiday stay sale contract. They may also be obtained by sending a written request to the head office.
Article 2 – Booking conditions.
2.1 Price and payment
Prices for holiday stays are quoted in euros and include VAT. The attention of the customer is drawn to the fact that the visitor's tax is not included. The balance for the booking must be paid upon check-in.
All bookings and reservations are personal and non transferable. The booking/reservation shall only become effective after confirmation by the vendor and after the deposit has been paid in full.
In case of unreported late arrival, the accommodation/campground pitch becomes available for sale again 7 hours after the arrival time stated on the booking contract. Once that time limit has expired and in the absence of any written notification, the booking shall become null and void and the deposit will not be refunded.
2.2 Changes to bookings
There shall be no refund in case of late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any booking with an outstanding balance shall be cancelled, as per the general terms and conditions. The deposit shall be refunded in full only if the cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the beginning of the stay booked.
2.4 Right to cancel
Legal provisions of the French Consumer Code regarding distance selling are not applicable to tourism services (article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code).
Therefore the right to cancel is not applicable to customers booking a holiday stay in a camping ground.
2.5 Cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance. This type of insurance will cover, under certain conditions (sickness, accident…) sums already paid, should you need to cancel or shorten your stay
Article 3 – Practical arrangements.
3.1 Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3.00 pm; check-out is before 10.00 am.
3.2 Deposit
Upon arrival customers are requested to pay a 250 euro deposit per booking. The deposit shall be refunded at check-out after the exit inventory. The cost of any deterioration will be added to the price of the holiday booked. The accommodation/pitch must be left in perfectly clean condition, failing which additional cleaning expenses will be charged. Should you not be able to be present for the exit inventory, the refund of the deposit will be sent by post.
3.3 Check-out
In case the accommodation/pitch is not vacated and the key returned by 12.00 noon, an additional night will be charged. Stay extensions must be requested with at least 24h notice.
3.4 Pets.
Pets are allowed in the camping ground (only 1 pet per accommodation unit or pitch). Pets must be kept on a leash in the camping ground. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning after their pets. Large dogs, in particular attack/defense dogs, are not allowed in the camping ground.
3.5 Internal Regulations
Customers must undertake to abide by the Internal Regulations, which are registered with the 'Préfecture', as provided by law. A copy of the Internal Regulations is posted at reception and can also be obtained upon request.
Article 4 - Responsibility
The Campsite accepts no responsibility for damage suffered by customers'equipment and belongings through the customers' action or lack thereof. Customers' equipment and belongings must be covered by civil liability insurance (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...).
Article 5 – Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their application is subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de grande instance or the Tribunal de commerce in Cahors.
