CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION RENT In July and August, the rent is from Saturday, 17 pm to sturday 10 am. Any rent is name specific and can be given up on no account. The rent becomes effective only after payment of the 30 % deposit(advance) and the balance of the stay, that is remaining 70 %, payable 30 days before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation, more than 30 days before your arrival, will be charged 30 % of the stay, less than 30 days before your arrival the totality of the stay will be charged. In everything the cases, the set-up fees will stay at your expense. In the absence of message written by the customer specifying that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the rent becomes available 24 hours after date mentioned on the rental agreement and the complete regulation(payment) of the services(performances) remains required(demanded). Telephone messages are not allowed. A mail with all the corresponding documentary evidences is required(demanded).
