GENERAL TERMS OF HIRING
Any reservation is personal and cannot be yielded. The direction of the camp-site will be able to cancel the reservation without any refunding if the people are not those registered on the contract. The reservation becomes effective only with our agreement and after reception of your contract of reservation duly filled accompanied by your down payments and of the fee.
Hiring of site
The arrival is possible as from 12:00 and the departure must be carried out before 12:00. The balance of the stay is regulated on arrival.
Hiring of an accommodation
accommodation is rented as from 16:00 and must be released before10:00, on go.
The balance of the stay must be paid one month before the date of arrival.
The establishment will refuse the access to the families arising with a number of participants (babies and children understood) higher than the capacity of accommodation.
A guarantee of 400€ will be required the day of the arrival for the mobile residence of leisure's and of 50 €for the fixed price spares. These deposits not being boxed by the hirer out, they are restored with the tenant at the time of the departure. However, in the event of loss, breakage or degradation of equipment, by the tenant, the amount of this deposit will be undervalued cost of repairing or expenses of replacement. If the deposit is insufficient, the tenant commits himself perfecting the sum after the inventory of exit.
The departures are carried out between 8:00 and 12:00 on go. The people who wish to leave the day before must leave the places before 18:00. Any person must conform to the rules of procedure of the camp-site. Any person in visit must be obligatorily declared with the reception.
The animals are accepted on presentation of notebook of vaccination (except the dogs from cat.1 and 2) and their behaviour leaves some is obligatory.
Payments accepted with the reception: species, cheques, credit card, holiday vouchers.
NOT OCCUPATION
In the absence of a message of the tenant specifying that it differed its arrival, the object of its reservation will remain at its disposal until the following day midday. Then it is again at the disposal of camp-site. No reduction will be authorized in the case of arrived delayed or of early retirement.
PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
3 nights minimum stay the weekend of vacancies (Rise and Pentecost).
7 nights minimum stay in peak season: from the 28/06 to the 29/08.
INSURANCES
The tenant is held to provide a certificate of third-party insurance.
APPLICABLE DUTY AND JURISDICTION
The present contract is ruled by French Law. In the évent of litigation, the courts of Clermont-Ferrand will be only qualified.
