GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost of the chosen rental accommodation is to be paid when you book. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your stay. The balance must be paid on arrival by cheque payable to « Les Goélands » campsite. A deposit is also required on arrival for 150 € +80 € cleaning fee (the cheque will be returned to you if the cleaning has been carried out correctly and the barbecue has been cleaned). It will be returned to you within 8 days or on your departure, less costs for damages and/or missing items.
The booking is confirmed when you have received our acknowledgement of receipt of the deposit, subject to the chosen rental still being available. Please note that the booking is made by an individual person who is not permitted to sublet or transfer the booking to a third party. Any visitors who come to see you on the campsite during your stay must register at the reception and pay the visitor fee : 4 € per person.
The customer is responsible for cleaning the mobile home. At the end of your stay, the mobile home must be left in perfect condition. Failing this a fee will be deducted from the deposit. The rental accommodation is available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am, from Saturday to Saturday in peak season. The reception must be informed on your arrival of any changes made to the booking which may have an impact on the cost of your stay. In the event of a false declaration, the contract will be rightfully terminated and any payment made will be retained by the campsite.
The reception must be informed in the event of a late arrival to ensure the rental is held for you. The management reserves the right to release the accommodation for rental if he has not heard from the customer within 24 hours after the expected arrival date. In the event of cancellation 60 days before the expected arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less administration fees. In the event of cancellation less than 60 days before the expected arrival date, any amount paid to the campsite will be retained.
No refunds will be given once the holiday has begun due to early departure for whatever reason.
