Article 1-scope of the general conditions of sale
The present general conditions govern all sales of stays made on the site www.campingdiliccia.com. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information prior to the conclusion of any contract of sale of stays. They can also be obtained on simple written request addressed to the headquarters of the establishment.
Article 2-Conditions of reservation
2.1 Price and settlement
The price of the stays is indicated in euros, including VAT and tourist tax included.
For reservations camping location: All rentals are registered and cannot be transferred. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fee.

For any delay not reported, the rental/location becomes available 24 hours after the date of arrival mentioned on the booking contract. After this time, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the deposit shall remain acquired at the direction of the campsite.
2.2 Change of reservation
No reduction will be made in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any reservation not sold in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be cancelled.
Any cancellation will have to be done by registered signed mail. In no case will the file fee be reimbursed.
If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival, the 25% deposit will be returned to you,
If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before your arrival, the deposit of 25% will be acquired at the campsite Campo di Liccia,
If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, you will be retained the total amount of the stay, including the file fees.
2.4 Retraction
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of a distance sale under the consumer code are not applicable to tourist benefits (article L. 121-20-4 of the consumer code).
For any order of a stay at the campsite, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
Article 3-course of the stay
3.1 Arrivals and departures
For rent: Arrivals are from 4 pm, departures are made before 10 am
In camping: Arrivals are made from 1:00 pm, departures are done before 12 pm
3.2 Caution
A deposit of 280 euros, will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be reimbursed to you on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the Caisse, after an inventory. The billing of any degradation will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you cannot be present during the state of the premises, the deposit will be returned to you by mail.
3.3 Departure
Any key return or release from the location after 12h will result in an additional night's billing. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
Pets are not allowed inside the rentals.
3.5 Rules of Procedure
As required by law, you must adhere to our Rules of procedure, deposited in the prefecture, posted at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request.
Article 4-Liability
The campsite declines all responsibility for damage suffered by the camper-caravan equipment which would be of its own making; Insurance for your equipment in civil liability is obligatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...).
Article 5-Applicable law
The present general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute concerning their application falls within the competence of the Court of Great instance or the commercial Court of Ajaccio.
