TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERAL CONDITIONS
-All customers are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the campsite.
-The reservation will only be valid after we have received and processed your booking fee (see tariffs) and after confirmation from Camping la Cascade. One reservation request per pitch must be made.
-The campsite pitches are available from 2 pm and must be vacated before midday. Accommodations must be vacated before 10 am. Arrival before 7 pm. Reception is open from 9 am until midday and between 2-7 pm
ELECTRICITY:
Standard European two-pin sockets. All camping pitches have access to electricity.
-Electricity can only be supplied for caravans and campers which are in accordance with European standards.
-For every cancellation received more than 30 days before arrival, the campsite will retain the contract fees. In this case, a justification of cancellation has to be sent by recorded letter.
-If customers cancel within 30 days before arrival or fail to arrive at the campsite on the day of arrival, the full amount received by way of advance payment shall be retained by the campsite.
PETS :
Animals are accepted on the following conditions: They MUST have been vaccinated against rabies (valid vaccination certificate), need to be kept on a lead, owners must pick up any droppings left by their pets inside the campsite and walk their pets outside the campsite. They should never be left alone. We accept only one small dog (-10 kilos) per pitch/accommodation. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited on the campsite.
SWIMMING POOL:
For hygienic reasons, shorts and boxer shorts are strictly prohibited.
PAYMENT
-Pitches and Accommodations : The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
-Reservations made more than 30 days in advance of your arrival date require a deposit of 30% of the total payment at time of booking. Settlement of the balance for the stay will be made no later than 30 days before the date of arrival shown in this rental agreement. A reminder email is sent 10 days before the payment due date.
-Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of your arrival date require full payment at time of booking.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW:
In accordance with article L. 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the right to withdraw is not applicable to tourist services.
. Reservation is definitive and may not give rise to retraction by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
-Failure to notify us of your late arrival/delay by email or mail within 24 hours will result in your pitch/accommodation being re-let for remainder of your reservation. Camping de la Cascade will retain the deposit and the balance paid.
-If you leave site early for any reason Camping de la Cascade will not issue any refund for unused camping nights.
- If you want us to cancel your reservation, you must notify us in writing a letter sent by recorded delivery.
If we receive your written request:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date shown in this rental agreement: Camping de la Cascade will retain the deposit.
-Less than 30 days before the arrival date shown in this rental agreement: Camping de la Cascade will retain the deposit and the balance paid.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
-Cancellation fees may be covered by the cancellation policy CampezCouvert available from Camping la Cascade. (3% of the total cost of your stay including options and excluding administrative fees and tourist tax )

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
-We cannot, in any circumstances, guarantee a specific pitch.
-Priority is given to families of 4 or more members for accommodations over 35m², depending on availability.
-Every booking is nominative and cannot be transferred.
-Accommodations are at your disposal (in high season) from Saturday 2 pm to Saturday 10 am or from Friday 2 pm to Friday 10 am.
-The accommodations are equipped for the indicated number of people.
-Only one vehicle per pitch and accommodation is permitted.
-Our clients are kindly requested to bring their own bed linen (possibility to rent bed linen or disposable kits).
-The campsite supplies one blanket per bed.
-The number of persons should not exceed the specified maximum occupancy of the accommodation.
-Every visitor (as well as any pet) must pay an additional fee if they wish to stay on site for more than 30 minutes.
-The provided accommodations are clean and tidy and must be left in the same state, otherwise the sum of 80 € for final cleaning will be charged or deducted from the security deposit.
-Every client needs to show the reception a copy of a valid multi-risk assurance policy as well as its policy number.
ON ARRIVAL:
-We will require a contents deposit of 300 € for the accommodations. For the camping pitches, we require a deposit of 20 € for the entrance badge.
-For the camping pitches we will ask you for a security deposit of 20 €, which will be returned to you 15 days after your departure, providing that the pitch has been left in good condition.
-Guests must check the inventory and cleanliness of the accommodation.
-Guests agree to pay repair costs in the case of breakages/damages/losses.
-The campsite management has sole authority to accept or refuse requests, without the need to give an explanation. The court in Rodez has sole jurisdiction to rule on any disputes.
